1st phase summary: (as many pages as you need)
Make sure that you develop a clear argument for your urban concept (the location and overall form of the building) based on your own 1st phase summary. The urban aspects (building foot print, various means of transportation and circulation, voids, light, green, city context, cultural aspects, program, etc.) should be represented in a clear analytical way and should be the foundation for your argument of the urban concept. Building foot print and means of transportation and circulation diagrams are mandatory.
Urban concept: (2-3 pages)
Concept description, 200 words maximum, and diagrams with urban context. The diagrams should be simple and clear drawings that can be be described with few words or graphics, annotations are possible. Other additional means of representation are welcome as well.
Building concept: (2-3 pages)
Concept description, 200 words maximum. Explain by using diagrams, sections and plans how the major functions are distributed in the building form, based on your urban concept, 1st phase analysis and how they relate to each other and the city context. Other additional means of representation are welcome as well.
Models: (min. 3 concept models)
Urban context model and min 3 study models that show your process of thought and an evolution of the idea development. You may prepare models that explain different aspects of the idea as well. Make sure they fit inside the site model.
General note:
Should you have more than 1 idea and not ready to make a decision with which one to proceed, feel free to present an alternative, but make sure that it is explained by concept diagrams in a sufficient way to be judged.
